Ralliant is hiring a Director, Software-Enabled Enterprise Services to lead Qualitrol’s global software-enabled enterprise services delivery from a hybrid Glasgow-based role. The position combines strategic portfolio ownership with hands-on leadership of Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Software Developers using Agile/Scrum. Responsibilities include scaling recurring-revenue software services, improving engineering quality and delivery speed, operationalizing AI-assisted and agentic software development with responsible guardrails, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and roadmaps, and developing high-performing teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, professional software development experience, IoT lifecycle knowledge, SaaS data analytics knowledge, and strong Agile/Scrum leadership capabilities.
