KLDiscovery is hiring a remote Director, Software Engineering to lead delivery and operations for Nebula, its cloud-based eDiscovery SaaS platform. The role manages engineering managers and engineers, owns roadmap execution, release quality, cloud scalability, reliability, AI feature productionization, organizational development, executive partnerships, headcount planning, vendor relationships, and budget management. Candidates must be based in the United States and have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineers and experience managing managers, plus commercial SaaS, major cloud platform, AI/ML delivery, modern engineering delivery practices, and leadership experience.
