KLDiscovery is hiring a remote Director, Software Engineering to lead delivery and operations for Nebula, its cloud-based eDiscovery SaaS platform. The role manages engineering managers and engineers, owns roadmap execution, release quality, cloud scalability, reliability, AI/ML feature productionization, organization design, hiring, budgeting, and executive partnerships. Candidates must be based in the United States and have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineers and experience managing managers, plus commercial SaaS, major cloud platform, AI/ML delivery, agile, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and leadership experience.
