Description
KLDiscovery is hiring a remote Director, Software Engineering to lead delivery and operations for Nebula, its cloud-based SaaS eDiscovery platform. The role manages engineering managers and senior engineers, owns roadmap execution, platform scalability and reliability, AI feature productionization, people leadership, technical strategy, headcount, vendor relationships, and budget planning. Candidates must be based in the United States and have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineers and experience managing managers, plus commercial SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, hiring, and executive communication experience.
