DTCC is hiring a Director, Software Engineering to lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of mission-critical enterprise applications and scalable software platforms. The role oversees multiple engineering teams, drives cloud transformation and modern engineering practices, partners with product and business leaders, and advances technology strategy across the enterprise. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of progressive software engineering experience, including leadership of large-scale enterprise application development organizations. The position offers a flexible hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days, along with compensation, health and life insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
