Description
ASM is hiring a Director of Software Engineering to lead its global software engineering strategy and execution across multiple semiconductor equipment product lines and technology platforms. The role owns the software roadmap, architecture, delivery quality, CI/CD and DevOps practices, KPIs, and the development of senior engineering leaders and globally distributed teams. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of software engineering experience including 8 years in leadership, and strong C++ and software architecture expertise; semiconductor capital equipment experience is preferred.
