Description
The Engineering Director will lead SciVal’s engineering strategy and multiple distributed engineering teams across frontend, backend, data, and quality engineering. The role owns technical strategy, architecture, workforce planning, delivery execution, engineering standards, platform modernisation, and the development of AI-assisted and agent-ready research analytics capabilities. It requires extensive experience leading engineering managers and distributed teams, delivering large-scale data-intensive software, and introducing AI practices. The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with a base pay range of €110,500 to €184,000.
