Description
PointClickCare is hiring a Director, Software Engineering to lead approximately 50 engineers across Transitions of Care, including 10–11 managers and senior managers. The role partners with Product Management and executive stakeholders to define roadmaps, establish engineering strategy, drive technical architecture, coach leaders, manage hiring and succession planning, and scale AI-powered cloud-based products. The position is available remotely from Canada or hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, with travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for team events. The Canada base salary range is $211,200–$234,600 plus bonus and benefits.
