Description
Twenty Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Engineering Director to own the engineering organization for its flagship analyst product deployed across cloud and customer private-cloud environments. The role leads engineering managers and teams, drives org design and capacity decisions, owns technical execution and the technical roadmap, partners with product and engineering leadership, supervises hiring, and ensures security, quality, reliability, and operational standards. Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years of engineering management experience including at least 3 years managing other engineering managers, architectural judgment, experience with cloud and customer-controlled deployments, and eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
