Description
FinThrive is hiring a hands-on Director of Software Engineering to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the modernization of legacy applications into secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions. The role owns the technical roadmap, architecture, security, reliability, scalability, performance, and technical debt; provides hands-on technical leadership and coaching; leads AI-assisted development and DevOps practices; and manages internal teams, contractors, and technology partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, 12+ years of software engineering experience including 5+ years leading engineering managers and software development teams, and extensive experience with enterprise cloud products, cloud-native modernization, Azure, .NET, C#, Angular, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and reliability engineering.
