The role owns technical strategy, architecture, delivery, engineering standards, hiring, coaching, and team culture while collaborating with Product, Design, Security, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Candidates need 15+ years of related engineering experience, including 7+ years leading engineering teams for products at scale, plus expertise in distributed systems, AI-powered products, and AI-assisted workflows. The position offers a base pay of $100,000-$200,000 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
