Description
The role leads day-to-day application development projects and engineering, manages software engineers and project managers, and oversees continuous improvement, quality, KPIs, and compliance across digital initiatives involving voice, web, mobile, and API channels. It requires extensive application-development leadership and technical experience, including architecture, integration, cloud-native and microservices systems, backend technologies, digital customer-experience platforms, React, TypeScript, CI/CD, and Adobe Cloud deployments. The position also manages complex budgets, cross-functional and matrixed teams, service providers, and relationships with business partners and enterprise architects.
