Description
d-Matrix is hiring a hands-on director or senior director to lead its Software Quality Engineering team of eight engineers. The role owns quality strategy across firmware, compilers, runtimes, and inference serving; builds automated functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites; establishes numerical accuracy, performance, release-readiness, defect-triage, and quality-metrics practices; and leads the team through hiring, growth, and a strategy reset. The position is hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with three days per week in the office.
