Description
TechSur Solutions is seeking a Director/Sr. Manager to lead and scale its federal proposal function. The role manages complex federal proposals from pre-RFP through submission, develops schedules and compliance matrices, oversees team reviews and executive approvals, and ensures compliance with FAR-based requirements. It also manages proposal coordinators and managers, builds scalable proposal processes, and collaborates with Capture, Solutions, Pricing, and executive teams on win strategies and bid/no-bid decisions. The position requires at least five years of federal proposal management experience, experience leading large complex proposals and proposal teams, and familiarity with FAR-based solicitations and multi-volume, multi-phased proposals.
