Revolution Medicines is hiring a Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations to lead the strategy, planning, execution, compliance, and operational governance of global and regional Medical Affairs advisory boards. The role partners with Commercial, Clinical Development, Research, and Medical Affairs teams; oversees vendors, budgets, logistics, regulatory compliance, and insight processes; and may contribute to global congress planning. It requires 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience, a strong oncology background, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagements. The position is full-time and hybrid, with a base salary range of $211,000–$264,000 USD for candidates working onsite at the Redwood City headquarters.
