DB E.C.O. North America is hiring a senior consulting practice leader to build, lead, and grow its Stations & Passenger Facilities Practice within the Rail Infrastructure Advisory business. The role advises transit agencies, rail operators, transportation authorities, and infrastructure owners across North America; leads complex station, passenger facility, intermodal, accessibility, asset management, and modernization projects; wins consulting work; develops service offerings and thought leadership; and manages a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least 10 years of rail, transit, infrastructure consulting, or related experience, strong executive client and commercial skills, and expertise in station and passenger facility planning or development. The position is full-time, based in one of six listed U.S. locations, with minimal overnight travel, and pays $215,000-$246,000 annually plus bonus.
