AstraZeneca Oncology Biometrics is hiring a Statistical Programming Director to provide strategic programming leadership and line management for a large portfolio of oncology products across phase 1 and 2 trials. The role manages and mentors programmers, ensures delivery quality and compliance with AZ, industry, SOP, and GxP requirements, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives involving automation, process improvement, and regulatory submissions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of clinical development experience, 7+ years of people or project management experience, advanced SAS programming skills, and strong leadership and organizational capabilities. The annual base pay is $168,830.40–$253,245.60 USD, with health, dental, and vision coverage.
