Description
Thesis is hiring a Director of Strategic Finance to partner with leadership on financial planning, forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis, unit economics, profitability, and strategic decision-making as the company scales. The role owns financial dashboards, reporting systems, investor and board materials, and cross-functional initiatives while managing external accounting and tax partners. It requires 5–7+ years of strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience, along with strong analytical, communication, and modeling skills. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$180,000, equity, health, dental, and vision benefits, and a hybrid work model.
