Description
Temple University's Center for Diversity and Inclusion is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships to lead strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting inclusive excellence within the university. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance institutional capacity, create welcoming environments, and expand Temple's impact both locally and nationally. The director will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to cultivate partnerships focused on cultural inclusivity, employee engagement, student success, and community outreach.
