Description
The Director, Strategic Programs will convert defense software pilots and contracts into funded, recurring program lines by managing Phase II-to-Phase III transitions, program-of-record insertions, budget and POM cycles, transition agreements, account expansion, and prime or integrator partnerships. The role requires defense technology experience, knowledge of PPBE and DoD requirements and funding processes, relationships with program offices or acquisition leadership, strong writing skills, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance. It is a full-time, in-person position based in the Rosslyn office in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia, with up to 25% travel, and includes health and dental benefits, equity, and a 401(k).
