Description
Neat is hiring a Director, Strategic Programs (NPI) to own new product introduction and strategic cross-functional projects across its portfolio. Reporting to the VP Strategy & Operations, the role will build and run the phase-gate process from concept through launch, chair readiness and post-launch gates, manage program intake and governance, maintain a portfolio view, report to executives, and proactively resolve risks. The position is hands-on, requires strong stakeholder management and commercial understanding, and is based in Oslo or London.
