Carnival Corporation & plc is hiring a Director, Strategic Sourcing Logistics to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Seabourn, while supporting global efforts. The role oversees logistics providers, develops sourcing plans and savings targets, manages supplier relationships and contracts, and leads a team of strategic sourcing professionals. It requires extensive logistics and strategic sourcing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a bachelor’s degree. The position is in-office in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area Monday through Thursday, with home work on Fridays, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
