Soluna is hiring a Director, Strategy & Development to lead corporate development, project development, and strategic finance activities for its renewable-energy data-center platform. The role evaluates and structures partnerships, acquisitions, divestitures, and new-build opportunities; builds financial models and diligence materials; leads negotiations and integration planning; and assesses data-center site opportunities across North America. Candidates need 6–9 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, project finance, or strategy, along with strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills.
