Unity Health Care is hiring a full-time, hybrid Director, Strategy & Executive Affairs in Washington, DC. The role provides strategic and executive support to the CEO, advises on internal and external initiatives, translates organizational priorities into execution plans, manages executive meetings and leadership alignment, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, supports Board and community engagement, and prepares executive materials and data analyses. The position requires at least five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or community health settings, including direct support to a CEO or executive leadership, along with strong strategic planning, communication, project management, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
