Description
The Director of Student Support and Accessibility Resources leads ADA accommodations, emergency resources, counseling, adaptive lab operations, disability services, compliance, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community partnerships. The role manages budgets, staff, schedules, records, reporting, grievances, and professional development while representing the college on committees and professional associations. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a master’s degree preferred, and at least five years of professional experience working with neurodivergent college students or adults and implementing evidence-based accommodations and disability-related laws.
