P95 Julius Clinical is hiring a remote, permanent Senior Study Operations Manager to lead the US Study Operations function across all staff levels and locations. The role owns regional performance, quality, development, budget, resource planning, study-set-up and delivery strategy, team leadership, performance management, process improvement, and representation in cross-functional, client, and governance forums. It requires extensive clinical operations and people-management experience in a CRO environment, multinational trial experience, regional team leadership, and a degree in biomedical sciences or a related life sciences field.
