Description
The Superchip SoC Technical Program Manager leads the full lifecycle of complex multi-die SoC programs from architecture through tapeout, coordinating Die and Functional TPMs, engineering leads, IP and post-silicon teams, and solution partners. The role owns the master schedule, cross-die integration, engineering readiness, risk management, governance reviews, program metrics, resources, and executive decision support. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 20+ years of semiconductor experience, at least 5 years leading large-scale SoC programs, and experience with sophisticated datacenter-class SoCs. The position offers a salary of $308,600-$417,500 per year and follows Arm’s hybrid working model.
