Description
Dashiell is hiring a Director, Supply & Project Execution to lead front-end supply chain strategy for major electrical equipment, translate sales pipelines into multi-year demand forecasts, coordinate production capacity, develop standard equipment options, manage OEM supplier relationships, and support bid reviews, backlog remediation, modularization, and e-house integration. The role reports to the Vice President of Operations, is based in Houston, Texas, and includes executive-level customer relationship management, program reporting, risk and claims readiness, and leadership of project management talent. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 15 years of high-voltage electrical equipment experience including time at a major OEM, and extensive EPC, procurement, scheduling, and program-control expertise.
