Worley is hiring a Director, Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership and governance for supply chain operations across energy, chemicals, and resources projects. The role leads EPC and EPCM supply chain initiatives, supports bid and proposal development, oversees regional project governance, troubleshoots prime contracts, drives digital transformation and operational improvements, and advises senior leadership and customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, at least 15 years of supply chain management experience in the relevant sector, and significant experience leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
