MGA Entertainment is hiring a Director of Supply Planning to own supply planning performance across the Americas and EMEA for its full portfolio. The role sets inventory, service, tooling, and production targets; manages Supply Planning Managers and their teams; delivers the forecast and five-month forward supply match; identifies supply constraints; manages retail in-stock recovery, inventory health, seasonal production, and tooling spend; and escalates allocation and shortage issues. The Director reports to the VP of Supply Planning and Product Development and is responsible for developing a successor.
