Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Director of System Level Testing to lead end-to-end post-silicon validation, test architecture, product characterization, yield improvement, and manufacturing ramp for AI, data center, SOC, Tegra Automotive, GPU, and LPU product lines. The role manages a cross-functional team of product development engineers, develops mixed-signal and high-speed test strategies, leads silicon debug and reliability analysis, and establishes automation and statistical frameworks for production monitoring. Candidates need a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field, at least 15 years of semiconductor product development, testing, or manufacturing engineering experience, and 5+ years of director-level leadership experience. The base salary is 272,000 USD to 425,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 1, 2026.
