Nationwide is hiring a Technology Analysis Director to lead enterprise quality engineering, requirements analysis, test automation, AI-enabled testing, and secure software delivery practices. The role manages 3–8 direct and indirect Technology Analysis associates, oversees requirements and release testing, coordinates technology planning and business capability roadmaps, and provides enterprise enablement and governance. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in Columbus, Ohio; Des Moines, Iowa; or Scottsdale, Arizona, with remote internal associates potentially considered. The position requires more than 10 years of technology-enabled business solutions and transformational change experience, with an undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred. The national salary range is $149,000–$262,000, with an expected starting range of $149,000–$223,000.
