ServiceNow is hiring a Talent Acquisition Technology Manager to own the post-implementation strategy, operations, adoption, governance, and vendor relationships for Avature and other foundational talent acquisition systems. The role partners with Product, People Product, and DT teams; prepares for go-live through training, documentation, cutover planning, and day-one support; and establishes system-health and adoption KPIs. Candidates should have talent acquisition technology, operations, and strategy experience, with Avature experience preferred, along with strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and independent judgment.
