Chartis is hiring a Director of Talent Development to lead strategic talent development initiatives for its Professional Services Team. The role reports to the AVP of Talent Development, partners with Enterprise Architecture and other people teams, designs leadership and performance programs, analyzes talent data and capability gaps, and develops the talent development team. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of progressive talent development, people operations, or human resources experience, people analytics expertise, and experience in professional services or similar knowledge-intensive environments. The position allows remote work and offers a salary of $147,000-$205,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.
