The Senior Manager, Accounting and Finance role directs and supports technical accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and analysis, with a focus on capitalized software and fixed assets. Responsibilities include GAAP compliance, multi-entity consolidation, journal entries, financial statement preparation, internal controls, technical accounting research, intercompany settlements, audit participation, reporting, and supervising accounting team members. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 8–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, knowledge of ASC 810 and ASC 350-40, and strong Excel and project management skills.
