Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Director, Technical Accounting and Accounting Research to lead the company’s technical accounting and accounting research function. The role owns complex U.S. GAAP accounting research, SEC reporting support, GAAP-to-IFRS conversion, accounting policy and memo development, impairment and non-GAAP governance, audit liaison activities, and the development of technical accounting teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, an active CPA license, and 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting, financial reporting, and/or external audit experience. The salary range is $155,500–$190,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement benefits.
