ASM is hiring a Technical Director for SK Hynix to lead service, support, and process engineering teams globally and manage the SK Hynix account for technology-related matters, especially advanced packaging applications. The role focuses on building customer relationships, aligning product strengths with customer roadmaps, monitoring program progress, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Candidates need at least 15 years of semiconductor capital equipment experience, with deposition-system expertise required and advanced packaging experience preferred; an engineering degree or higher and strong communication and leadership skills are also sought.
