Description
The Infra Foundations TPM Director will lead and grow Meta’s technical program management organization responsible for core advertising platforms and systems. The role defines technical execution strategy, develops end-to-end program plans, manages cross-functional dependencies, drives process improvements, and builds and scales a TPM organization. Responsibilities include people management, performance reviews, coaching, and career development, while requiring extensive software, systems engineering, technical product or program management, and people-management experience.
