Context Labs is hiring a full-time Enterprise Delivery and Pre-Sales Leadership role reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. The position leads pre-sales strategy, deployment governance, enterprise platform positioning, portfolio delivery performance, risk management, account health, and the technical operating model. It partners with product and engineering leadership, establishes deployment standards and readiness criteria, manages global enterprise programs, and drives continuous improvement through metrics and customer insights. The role requires enterprise software implementation experience, complex data integration and migration experience, global operating-environment knowledge, and the ability to lead leaders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
