Cyberhaven is hiring a Director of Technical Program Management to own end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination across complex, cross-organizational engineering programs. The individual-contributor role operates as a peer to engineering leadership, shaping release predictability, operating cadence, executive reporting, risk escalation, success metrics, and AI-enabled automation. The role requires 10+ years of relevant technical program management or engineering operations experience, strong systems thinking, Jira and automation expertise, and experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations.
