The role owns portfolio-level planning, delivery governance, operating rhythms, change control, executive reporting, risk management, and execution KPIs; partners with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders; and builds and develops the TPM organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or platform engineering portfolios, and 5+ years of people leadership experience. The disclosed pay range for O'Fallon, Missouri is $152,000-$258,000 USD.
