Description
The Technical Program Management Director will own the technical program and package for a joint venture between Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies, coordinating RVT and Volkswagen Group engineering teams across requirements governance, change requests, technical trade-offs, resource allocation, timelines, risk management, integration, validation, and software releases. The role is based in the Palo Alto, California office and requires at least 10 years of technical program management or engineering leadership experience, including 3+ years managing platform or subsystem-level programs, along with cross-domain engineering fluency and stakeholder governance experience.
