Samba is hiring a Director of Technical Program Management to lead and grow its TPM function while owning complex, cross-functional technology programs across the ad tech stack. The role includes building and developing a small TPM team, establishing governance and operating models, leading high-stakes programs, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving Agile, compliance, and program infrastructure practices. Candidates need 10+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead TPM role, along with strong leadership, governance, Agile, cloud, and regulatory experience.
