Meta is hiring a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TPM function for its Developer Infrastructure organization. The role will build and manage a team of technical program managers, set organization-wide TPM strategy, own high-risk cross-pillar programs, partner with engineering and product leadership, and drive large-scale technical transformation. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of relevant software, systems, or technical program management experience, and a proven record of scaling infrastructure or platforms, leading complex initiatives, and communicating with senior leadership.
