Reality Labs is hiring a Director of the XR TPM team to lead the technical program management organization responsible for CV/ML/AI development and software platforms for next-generation AR/VR devices. The role manages people, scales the organization, defines technology and program strategy, coordinates engineering and product leadership, manages program plans and risks, improves cross-functional processes, and serves as an internal and external evangelist. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of technical program management, software, hardware, or systems engineering experience, and 8+ years managing people managers and leading technical program management or engineering organizations.
