Capital One is hiring a Director, Technical Program Manager - Card Tech to lead strategic technical programs and platforms supporting Card Tech initiatives, including enterprise integrations, testing, automation, migration, and delivery excellence. The role partners with technology, product, and business stakeholders; provides technical leadership to engineering teams; and helps build the TPM discipline within the Digital Commerce & Innovation team. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of technical program management experience, strong technical and cross-functional leadership skills, and experience with scalable platforms, distributed systems, cloud services, and complex delivery programs.
