ServiceNow is hiring a Director-level Technical Program Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead the Moveworks Infrastructure portfolio, including the ServiceNow integration and broader infrastructure modernization, cloud, distributed systems, and migration initiatives. The role owns roadmap execution, technical risk, cross-organization alignment, executive communication, and program operating processes, while serving as a senior partner to engineering and product leadership. Candidates need 12+ years of relevant technical program management experience, deep infrastructure and cloud technical fluency, and a track record leading large cross-organization programs. The role offers a base salary of $190,900–$334,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
