WHOOP is hiring a Director of Technical Recruiting to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Data Science, AI/ML, Hardware, and other technical functions. The role owns recruiting performance, builds scalable processes and talent programs, partners with executive leadership and hiring managers, develops employer branding and pipelines, and improves recruiting technology and AI-enabled workflows. It is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, with relocation possible, and offers a full-time U.S. base salary of $175,000 to $205,000 plus equity and benefits.
