Prime Data Centers is hiring a Director of Technical Training and Development to lead and scale its facilities training platform across multiple data center sites and regions. The role combines hands-on training leadership with organizational development, curriculum and standards governance, vendor and certification management, workforce-readiness planning, and the building of a sustainable training organization. Candidates need significant training, learning and development, or workforce-development leadership experience, familiarity with data center power, cooling, safety, and operational procedures, and the ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives. The position offers a $180,000–$230,000 annual salary range, a performance bonus, employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage, and is marked remote.
