Fireblocks is hiring a Director, Technology Alliances to own the integration ecosystem across cloud, core banking, ERP, and treasury management systems. The role develops packaged offerings, prioritizes integration requirements, builds partner enablement programs, coordinates co-sell and resell models, manages alliance KPIs, and negotiates partnership agreements. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in technology alliances, sales, or business development focused on integrations, along with hands-on knowledge of relevant enterprise platforms and a track record of driving active integration adoption.
